adidas tapped PatternBreak to concept and execute the product launch for Damian Lillard’s DAME 7 basketball shoe release in Europe and Asia. Expanding on the Ready for Sport look & feel, PB was able to balance the basic needs of retailers with the long term overarching objectives of the brand. The result was a simplified athlete and footwear focused campaign that elevated both ambassador and product. Minimal noise allows for a more immediate connection with consumers who can be overwhelmed by the maximalist designs so often associated with sports.
